1. Scope of the regulations
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store. The offer of our online store is intended only for Consumers. A consumer is, according to applicable EU consumer protection law, a natural person making a legal transaction with an entrepreneur that is not directly related to their business or professional activity.
2. Conclusion of the agreement
The sales contract is concluded with ORAVIA LTD. Presentation of products in our online store constitutes an invitation to conclude a sales contract. In order to conclude a contract, you need to add selected products to the shopping cart and place an order. The shopping cart and the data entered in the forms can be modified before placing the order using the available functionalities and messages appearing during the ordering process. By clicking the order confirmation and finalization button on the order summary page, you place a binding order for the products in your shopping cart. As soon as your order is received and registered in the computer system of our online store, a sales contract is concluded. After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming your order and the conclusion of the contract.
3. Language and rules for fixing the contract
The sales contract can be concluded in English, Polish, and German. We keep the content of the contract and send you the order details and our Terms and Conditions by e-mail. You can also check your order information via your customer account. The Terms and Conditions are also made available on the website of our online store in a way that allows you to obtain, reproduce and store their content.
4. Product delivery
In some cases, shipping costs must still be added to the listed product prices. Ordered products are delivered through courier companies cooperating with us. Detailed information about the possible methods and dates of delivery and shipping costs are presented during the ordering process and in a special information tab on our store’s website. The products offered in the store are sold by mail order only. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick them up in person. We do not send products to parcel machines.
5. Payments
The following payment methods are available to you in our online store:
- Electronic payments (e-payments) through an online payment service.
- Payment by traditional bank transfer. If you choose this form of payment – after placing your order, we will send you the transfer details by email. The processing of the order will be started after the full amount of the required payment is credited to our account.
Detailed information about the available payment methods, including online services integrated with our store and any additional costs, is presented during the ordering process and on the website of our store in the “Payment methods” tab.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract, as described in the instructions on the right of withdrawal. Individuals who conclude a contract directly related to their business activity also have the right to withdraw from the contract, when the nature of the purchase clearly does not relate to their core professional field (in particular based on business registry information).
7. Damage caused during transport
In the case of consumer distance purchases, our store always bears the risk of accidental damage or loss of items in transit. If the ordered products are delivered with visible transport damage, please report such a defect to the courier as soon as possible and contact us. Delays in reporting do not affect your statutory rights, but they help us file claims against the carrier or the insurer more efficiently.
8. Complaints: conformity of goods with the contract / defects
We are obliged to deliver goods free from defects. If the goods are not in conformity with the contract, the Consumer has the rights set forth in applicable EU legislation. Under those rules, the Consumer may demand repair or replacement of the goods, or request a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.
We are liable for any lack of conformity discovered within 2 years from delivery, unless a longer shelf life is stated for the product. The same rights apply to sole traders acting as consumers (i.e., those whose purchase is not part of their core business activity).
Complaints may be submitted:

More on data protection by Trusted Shops is included in their privacy policy.

Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures. You can find more information at www.eccireland.ie and the EU’s ODR platform, which facilitates the resolution of disputes online.
Using such methods is voluntary and requires both parties to agree. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your statutory consumer rights. In case of any conflict between these terms and applicable law, the statutory provisions shall prevail.
